I panicked when I saw my purchased item was in Anchorage, AK instead of IL and reached out to the customer service. They quickly responded with an apology for the shipping error even if it was out of there control and offered to replace it for me. I did receive it a few days later than expected but was very appreciative of there supportive response.
Foam hat was an updated Navy Blue & Orange version of the cheese grater foam hat and my husband loved it! Will be ready for football season cheering for the Bears!

Everyone loved the party hats! Brought them out towards the end of the wedding reception and they were a huge hit! People left with them and I wish I had more! We bought crazy pack, animal party pack and additional hats as well. Variety made it really fun. Highly recommend!

It’s great but I’m only 5’2 so will need to give the bangs & the curls a trim, due to it hitting my shoulders & not allowing it to sit properly.
