My experience with Foam Party Hats began when I had to reach out to the company to inquire about a special delivery situation. The customer service representative responded to me within one hour, addressed my concern, gave me directions on what to do once my order was submitted, and the birthday hat arrived in plenty of time for my mother’s 80th birthday.
